Seems colleges are now making watch list of so-called Troubled students. This watch list is totally done in violation of privacy laws, in my opinion. And I find it very funny that MSNBC did not look deeper into the privacy issue.
Here is the most stupid story I have heard about one of these committees designed to keep order has considered.
Apparently, The University of Kentucky considers sleeping in you car, a threat to the University . I ask, What if the student is one who drives to the College every day and has no where else to rest between classes especially if the classes are 2 or more hours apart. According to the MSNBC article, sleeping in your car gets you placed on the University Watch List. Just plum stupid if you ask me.
To all Colleges and Universities, don't you dare give up privacy for order. its just plum dumb!!!
