Home Schoolers suffer a blow

California Appeals Court ruled that Home Schoolers have no right to teach at home. But don't worry Fundamentalist, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts will be on the Phone with The Fundamentalist reconstructionist and they will tell Roberts to declare the ruling unconstitutional and John Roberts will reply, "SIR YES SIR!!" and Justice John Roberts will declare the law unconstitutional.

Talk about Judicial Activism.

I know only one family that is truly homeschooling their kids. All the other families I know call watching Television or working, Homeschooling. This ruling was the right one. But as I said Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts already is planning on declaring this unconstitutional.

At least for a few moments, we will have sanity, before Roberts ruins it.
